Operations and Support:
1. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of security, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system, and application logs.
2. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the recovery disks.
3. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
4. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary.
5. Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.

Backup :

 Primary Responsibilities:
1. Front-end web development (transactions, documents, email marketing, import/export).
2. Database implementation and Disaster Recovery (Backups & Disaster Recovery Planning).
3. Ensuring and maintaining proper efficient operations of the IT Servers & Operating Systems.
4. Providing support for users and establish an Information Security awareness training program for employees.
5. Maintenance of existing applications and implementing new requirements.
6. Maintain Computers, work networks, configuring, troubleshooting, debugging.
 Additional Responsibilities:
1. Back up files from web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems.
2. Develop databases that support web applications and web sites.
3. Develop web site maps, application models, image templates, or page templates that meet project goals, user needs, or industry standards.

 Primary Responsibilities:
1. Operate in a helpdesk environment to provide remote support using virtual tools or through telephone for repairs and installations.
2. Answers, evaluates and prioritizes service requests received via telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person for users in relation with Internet services performance.
3. Responds to internal customer’s inquiries and solve technical problems.
4. Prioritizes and manages several open cases at one time.
5. Tests and evaluates new technology.
 Additional Responsibilities:
1. Control the security aspects of IT systems.
2. Various Applications (Installation and Configuration of Desktop, Server side Services and Applications).
3. Reports major problems and areas of non-compliance to management in order to ensure that a high level of IT service is maintained and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 Primary Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring official schools in all Lebanon for the use of ISS, a Database ERP management system.
2. Installing computer labs including printers, scanners and configuring network through Ethernet hubs.
3. Configuring PC’s network parameters and assisting management in the responsibilities for the LAN.
4. Software application testing, updates and maintenance.
5. Runs network applications to support systems and users also supports to new applications.
 Additional Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment, and software
2. Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
3. Develop and conduct various training and instruction for system users on operating systems.
4. Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
5. Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
