- Coordinating closely with the ministry and event location to ensure the perfection of the work.
- Participating in local and international exhibitions and conferences as ‘Arab media forum’, ‘Al Arabi magazine forum’, ‘Kuwait Omah 2012’, Kuwait parliament election 2013, The Syrian friend’s conference, and First Asian Cooperation Dialogue summit 2012’.
- Working with various hotels (Sheraton, J.W Marriot, Regency and Alrai) with the coordination of the ministry to ensure the hospitality of the ministry guests.
- Working on spot ‘before, in the time of the event and after the event’ to ensure the work was according to the plan.
- Assist and coordinating with restaurants, hotels and travel agencies for event organizing.
-Keep record of all guest related information in the time of the event.
- Assist in hosting the ministry's' guests in the time of the event.
- Maintaining a positive look of the ministry.
- Assist in organizing special events locally.
- Translating, English Arabic 'vice versa'.
- Handling hardware and software problems, installing and maintenance of the computer.
- Dealing with the customer closely in the sale point.
- Handling and dealing the marketing for the holding company.
