Reading and complete the work as per electrical design specifications, standard and IFC drawings.
•Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
•The works done are in accordance with the approved IFC drawings, CDT(Contractor Document Transmittal), project specifications and all applicable standards.
•Preparing MDS(Material Data Submittal) as per IFC drawings, approved project specification and standard and submit to client for taking approval.
•Reckoning the material needed to complete the project and prepare PR(Purchase Request) as per approved MDS.
•Responsible for completion of installation, inspection and testing of all electrical services.
•Plans the execution of all electrical work coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
•Responsible for estimating material, construction and project timescales.
•Making RFI(Request For Information) if there is any change in IFC drawings as per site condition and give suggestion to client to solve the issue.
•Coordinates with Client /Main contractor/ Consultant’s representatives for site instructions or any changes on site as per site condition.
•Give reply all the remarks from the Client technically.
•Attending meetings, writing reports, giving presentations and update of work to clients.
•Prepare the IN(Inspection Notification) and complete the inspection, if any comments then try to close the comment and getting the QVD(Quality Verification Documents) from client.
•Closing punch list, submit all needed documents to client for energizes the Electrical System and getting FAC(Final Acceptance Criterion)
Electrical Installations:
•Installation of conduit for lighting, receptacles, power and data.
•Installation of cable tray.
•Installation of underground duct bank.
•Installation and testing of grounding.
•Installation of lighting panel, receptacle panel and power panel.
•Cable pulling for lighting panel, receptacle panel, power panel, MCC and switchgear.
•Termination of lighting panel, receptacle panel and power panel.
•Installation and Termination of Switchgear.
•Installation and Termination of MCC (motor control centre).
•Installation and Termination of Transformers (3.5MVA).
•Installation and Termination of generator (645KVA).
•Installation and Termination of UPS/Inverter.
•Installation and Termination of battery in battery room or battery cabinet.
•Installation and Termination of Overheads Cranes and JIB Cranes.
•Installation and Termination of EPMS (Electrical Power Management System) cabinet.
•Installation and Termination of GCP (generator control panel).

Fire Alarm System:
•Installation of conduit for fire alarm control system.
•Installation and Termination of FACP panel.
•Programming of devices like SD, MAC, HCP, HTRI-S and HTRI-D.
•Preparation of looping or riser diagram.
•Installation and Termination of Fire & Gas devices like Smoke detectors, combination of Horn & Strobe, Fire & Gas Warning Audible, Fire &Gas Warning Beacon and HVAC duct mounted Smoke Detector and NH3, LEL, TOXIC GASES Gas Detector(Drager Series), flow switches and tamper valve switches..
•Testing of panel(loop test and ground fault test).
•Interfacing FACP with HVAC system.
•Final testing and commissioning with clients according to a NFPA stranded.
HVAC Control System:
•Installation of conduit for HVAC control devices.
•Installation and Termination of DDC panel (direct digital control panel), VAV/CAV panel and HVAC control panel.
•Installation and Termination of HVAC and Mechanical devices like Differential Pressure Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Pressure Sensor, Pressure Switch, Motorized Damper and Motorized Actuator.
•Installation and Termination of emergency Eye Wash, MCP, MCJB, FCJB and FJBB Panels.
•Control cable Termination of Chillers, AHU, ACCU, VFD, FCU, VVT and CVT.
•Assist vendor to programming the control panel according to a Sequence and Operation, Stranded and Client Requirement.
