Review of Vendor factory test reports, field inspection of instruments, equipments and its related installations in correlation with Project Specifications. Project Scope includes integrated control system for process control, Field Instrumentation, Radar Tank Gauging system, Fire Alarm System, Security System, Public Address System, Telecommunication Distribution System & Pipeline Leak Detection System. Reviewing and preparing ITP, FAT Report, vendor test report, sat inspection and documents' reviewing, Inst calibration inspection, reviewing cal report, ensuring approved data sheet being used during calibration, inspection of Cable laying, termination, meggring & continuity test of various type of cable, inspection of cable tray, JB, CONTROL PANEL etc inspection of Impulse line tubing and leak test for process inst. MOV master station Packsan3.Controling test equipment cal test report. Issuing NCR, QAN if any Discrepancy found during execution and its not in line with project specification, Team leadership and supervisory work experience.

✓ Prepare daily logs and reports. Maintain records of inspections made, test performed, work executed, etc. Perform all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.
