Project manager for the industrial & municipal waste water treatment plant for the first industrial city in Jeddah which serving more than 650 factories with different categories & the accommodation area and RO plant for the industrial water and the networks for sewage and recycle water (more than 150 km).
1-management all operation and maintenance activates for industrial waste water treatment plant and networks
2-preparation of the project budget (CAPEX & OPEX), COST analysis, Cost Model, root cause analysis, incident reports, key employees KPI’S, training programs
3- Monitor the progress of the project PM & CM plans with MAXEMO program, and Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
4- Technical and price offers evaluation, Equipment Procurement, Execution and project management, Preparation of equipment specification &data sheets
5- Select staff with appropriate skills for the project activities & manage them according to the established policies and practices of the organization
6-preparation and updating of plant policies, procedures and SOP’S
7-insure all the plant discharges is meeting with environmental standers .

* Supervisor on running the unite and pretreatment system.
* Trouble shooting in RO unites.
* Making all the maintenance for RO units, changing and maintain membranes.
* Making the chemical cleaning circulation for RO unit…etc.
