Working with a team of 14 sales executives of the biggest store in term of revenue in the GCC region.
Lead whole store to achieve sales objectives.
Develop and execute departmental action plan based on sales report and customer feedbacks.
Ensure high floor operations efficiency, build high customer service and ensure shoppers will get quality and high standards service.
Maintain customer information and details for them to know the latest about the brand ( new collection arrivals, sales and promotion).
Work closely with the sales terms to achieve agreed sales and related KPIs
Train / coach front line staff and ensure all staff align with customer service standard and update with latest fashion & market trends.
Maintain visual merchandise and housekeeping to meet the brand norms on a daily basis.
Monitor inventory level, stock replenishment, deliveries and stock take
Prepare reports as requested by head office
Delivering an excellent customer service
Being fashion adviser to the customers

Reporting discrepancies and problems to the department manager
Listening customer’s requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale,
