Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attending morning/ closing briefing, for company updates, events, procedures, issue and concerns conducted by the Duty Manager.
• Prepare primary cash float collected from the cash supervisor/cash office
• Cleaning work space and setting- up desk/brochures/flyers for the guest.
• Check ski data network and credit card machine if working properly.
• Welcome and greet guest.
• Informing guest proficient up to date knowledge about Ski Dubai products, promotions and services.
• Selling tickets and performs suggestive selling/up selling.
• Advice and assist the guest with sales and booking to ski school and party room.
• Handling guest complaints and queries.
• Perform self- audit and cash out to be signed and approve by the team leader.
• Perform task requested by the manager.
• Check guest passes on ski data for validation, prints and replenish cards to be used.
• Attend morning/closing briefing, for company updates, events, procedures, issue and concerns conducted by the Duty Manager.
• Re stocking store on an ongoing basis through to keep per level up to date to maximize efficiency and sales.
• Meet and greet guest.
• Assist customers and prospects with merchandise selection and purchase decision.
• Maximizing sales by advising customer on further purchase i.e. complimentary outfits, accessories etc.
• Maximize sales by developing effective client database and developing professional manner.
• Assist in visual merchandising on the store.
• Process sales transaction cash and credit card payments at point of sale.
• Record sales transaction accordingly.
• Provide customer information regarding return and refund policies.
• Close daily shift and reconcile cash and sales.
• Pushing daily, weekly and monthly sales to be met.
• Carry out task and assignment as directed by line Manager.
Graduate of bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication 2001.
