Create social media strategies and schedules and provide support to our social media efforts.
Manage the organizations Social Media accounts ensuring all copy is relevant for the different
platforms.
Keep up to date with changes and advances in social media and advising on new channels and
approaches to adopt.
Monitor social media for company mentions and engage with customers where relevant.
Partner with Buying and Creative teams to develop seasonal campaign concepts, on-line promotions and email strategies based on inventory and business needs.
Manage the company’s email marketing campaigns and monitor return on investment for these campaigns.
Work with buying teams to ensure consistent flow of new merchandise and proper inventory levels to achieve sales.
Prepare presentations for both meeting and training needs.
Other projects as assigned by management.
During this period, I ran various social media campaigns and designed brochures and advertisements. I worked on company’s profile and employees handbook. I made different logos for the company’s side projects as well.
