➢ Monitors and controls the complete crude and Naphthareceiving and export, checking that system functions safely and effectively consultation with Senior Operator in the DCS/SCADA Control System.
➢ Ensures the safe operation and protection of pipelines & tanks in Tank Farm

➢ Liaises with system control of QEWC/QGEWC, Control Rooms of NF Offshore, NFGP, Dukhan WHTP, Dukhan FSP, NGL-1, NGL-2, QAPCO, QASCO, NODCO, QAFCO-1, 2, 3, 4 and QAFAC and Al Khaleej, Dolphin, QATARGAS, RASGAS to discuss and resolve any problems in the supply and consumption of gas to the gas distribution network.
➢ Assists the Senior Operator in operating the system.
➢ Metering system and gas balancing.

Shift Supervisor (Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal, TCOT&OSC)
Responsible for overall TCOT/ OSC plant process activities. Ensure smooth operation of plants and safety is well coordinated and followed. Accountable for providing report on plant process status and documentation on the crude and condensate exported.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Shift Supervisor and also the PIC for the night shift my usual activities are:
• At TCOT - In charge of receiving crude from offshore fields (Tapis Pump), exporting of TCOT crude to marine facilities and PPSB. It is very significant to maintain the safety and online state of the process plant to avoid interruption to the upstream and downstream process.
• At OSC - In charge of receiving gas supply from various offshore platforms and export the gas to Gas Processing Plant (GPP), Petronas Gas. It is very significant to maintain the safety and online state of the process plant to avoid interruption to the upstream and downstream process.
• Responsible and Understanding of Job description and function of safety officer. Conducts the monthly Site safety meeting and prepares monthly safety meeting topics Conducts monthly fire, First Aid and evacuation drills.
➢ Base at Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT), Kerteh, Terengganu.
➢ Beside took care of assigned operation area, did troubleshooting on minor E&I related.
➢ Lead Operation Support Group (Project) - 2006
o Deal with crude storage tank cleaning work.
o Manage 74 process vessels cleaning & maintenance for DOSH inspection (CF renewal).
o Partially involve with TCOT Produced Water System Upgrade
➢ TCOT 2006 major shutdown, project team member ( May 2006)
o Develop and update related Site Specific Procedure together with job safety analysis
o Ensure shutdown activities conducted align to ExxonMobil standard
o Completed shutdown with 0 LTI and SHE incident
➢ Trainer for LPS training, Conduct training during program roll out.
➢ Participate in hazard identification, risk analysis, risk assessment and job safety analysis Create safety awareness by promoting safety meetings, presentations, and open forum discussions and by implementing safety training.
➢ Involved in project (basic design, hazop, procurement, construction, risk assessments, commissioning, procedure writing etc)
➢ Lawit Onshore Project Core Team
• Prepare training materials and Conduct training for all operation personnel ( 4 Teams)
• Received a letter of Appreciation from Managing Director in August 6, 1997 thanking me for my valued contributions as a Core Team Member to this project.
• The successful commissioning of the Lawit Onshore Projects without any injury reflecting the high quality of planning and execution of the project.
• Also received appreciation letter from Operations Manager dated November 1997
