Developing various Financial and retail MIS to provide in-depth analysis and corrective action plans
Review & analyse monthly financial results and provide gap analysis and exception reporting to senior management.
Appraising Store Level Sales Performance, Margins, and Profitability, and conducting Business Segment Analysis & Reporting based on events and seasons.
Perform detailed variance Analysis at store level, expense category level, regional level and against various retail KPI's and ensure corrective actions are implemented in coordination with various cross functions.
