Monthly revenue and expenditure analysis to help in effective budgeting & variance analysis.
Cost verification & scrutiny of supplier invoices complies with appropriate documents.
Liaison with suppliers for questions about invoices and resolving queries raised by the customers. Recording invoices, payments and accruals in accounting software.
Supervising supplier payments & prioritizing key payments for smooth business operations.
Payable ageing report, subsequent position of payables with daily payable log entry.
Maintenance of fixed asset register. E.g. depreciation, deletion & addition of assets.
Coordinating with Operations manager to ensure that quality work done in Operations Dept.
Ensure confidentiality of financial information & other related matters.
Adhoc assignments assigned by the management. Reportable to Accounts manager & CEO.
