• Participate in and Advise on all Piping Construction Activities and initiatives.
• Responsible for the Client Requirement and Implementation.
• Supervise the Sub- Contractor Personnel to Ensure Contractor Performs all Work to Agreed Standards for Safety, Health and Environment.
• Ensure Assigned Scope of Work is Carried out Without any Significant HSE Incidents.
• Responsible for Piping Coordination with Regard to AMOGH.
• Monitor the Site Activities on Daily Basis.
• Review of P&ID’s, Layouts, GADs, Isometrics and Structural Related Drawings.
• Ensure the Work Carried out in Accordance with Project Specifications, Procedures, Method Statement and Project Schedules.
• Interface with Several Department to Ensure Paperwork as per Project Specification is Filled and Signed as per Client Procedure.
• Coordination with Engineering Team for the Issuance of Job Card to workshop for Fabrication Activities.
• Coordination with Store Team for the Arrangements of Materials to Workshop as per Job Card Wise.
• Preparation of Internal Schedule as per Project Base Line.
• Monitoring Production Team for the Required Cutting Plans as per Drawings.
• Assigning Fabrication Team for Fit-Up and Welding Activities.
• Ensure the Fabrication of Priority Erection Spools.
• Coordination with NDT Team for Completion of all NDT Activities.
• Overseeing the Preparation of Test Packs.
• Preparation of Overall Hydro Testing Project Requirements.
• Assisting QC Team for the Preparation of Inspection Release Note (Before Paint).
• Monitoring Blasting and Painting Team as per Sequence.
• Assisting QC Team for the Preparation of Inspection Release Note (After Paint).
• Coordination with Transport In-Charge for Dispatching Activities.
• Ensure with Site team for Receiving Dispatch Items.
• Make Daily Progress Report and Status for Client.
• Achieve the Targets as per Committed Dates with Clients.
• Build and Maintain Relationships with Clients and Prospects.
• Answering Client Queries About Product Specification and Uses.
• Actively Seek Out New Sales Opportunities in Market Where We Can Use Our Products.
• Create a Working System with Safe and Easy Operation.
• Assisting the Sales Team and Client to Understand the Technical Aspect of a Product and Marketing Ideas.
