• Collect and verify logistics and distribution information from hubs logistics and information management staff
• Monitor and report on Save the Children stocks in operation's warehouses and prepare weekly stock reports;
• Coordinate and manage deliveries by suppliers, clearing agents and warehouses, monitor and assess quality, quantity and safety of the goods;
• Ensure accurate and up to date records and reporting systems are maintained including, but not limited to procurement, warehouse management, transportation, asset inventory.
• Control and follow-up assets & inventory management
• Develop and maintain the electronic data management systems.
• Maintain an updated, comprehensive and accurate record of distributions and pipeline
• Travel to field hubs as and when necessary to provide support to field information management staff
• Conduct market surveys to identify new supply source
• Support in analysis of data, producing reports and maintaining backup databases
• Assist with securing backup of server and other data files
• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
