• Design and implement all electrical strategies to build the new workshop and achieve the standards.
• Issuance and checks of work permits related to electrical and mechanically isolation, job safety analysis and pre job meetings. Take part in accident investigations and equipment failure.
• Advise and recommend plans, tools and practices related to Electrical & Instrumentation repair.
• Oversee and manage daily electrical and mechanical work in workshop and sites routine maintenance of heavy equipments.
• Update data of daily jobs as per mentioned deadlines and lead eletromechnical team.
• Provide Electrical and automation technical support to the field service team on request.
• Submit technical work done reports to Preventive Maintenance Engineers and managers.
• Ordering spare parts from authorized dealers and sending equipment to vendors for major repair.
• Perform major overhauling. Include Alternator alignment and load testing.
• Designing, Installation and commissioning of generator’s speed control, load shearing modules and different types of voltage regulators.
• Designing and Installation of low / high voltage distribution panel / transformers and switch gears.
• Troubleshooting of instruments associated with different electro hydraulic machines

Supervisor all over the workshop equipment’s.
• Maintained inventory and control of site support personnel as necessary to maintain operations.
• Operation and Maintenance of 30kva to 500kvaGenerators.
• Operation and Maintenance of No. *10 bobcats.
• Operation and Maintenance of NO.* 5 @ 1 ton pickup.
• Operation and Maintenance of 3 ton pickup.
• Operation and Maintenance of JCB forklifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact with customers to know the nature of their automotive problems.
• Handle telephone and personal inquiries from customers.
• Test drive vehicles with customers to understand the problems in vehicles.
• Prepare list of problems, estimates sheet and the time taken to complete the repairs.
• Secure agreement from customers while taking over their vehicles for repairs.
• In case of additional repairs inform the customers promptly.
• Deliver repaired vehicles to customers on time & with fully customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Assist technicians how to trouble shoot problems, brief maintenance procedures
to technicians to complete their job on time and safely.
