• Technical Consultant for Design, Documentation and Implementation of Network/Security Projects & post implementation support for variety of Clients in Dubai.

• Oversee network/systems security audits, analyze risks and develop response procedures.
• Analyze the performance monitoring of mission critical network devices with real time alarming of network faults and trending of faults and escalation.
• Working closely with operations, support, business and vendors to schedule down time for system upgrades and maintenance tasks.
• Technical support & escalation lead for Tier 3 Network/Security issues being escalated from support engineers.
• Provide product training to lower Tiered support and act as a mentor to junior technical support engineers.
• Design and Implementation of Network/Security Projects & post implementation support.
• Provide project knowledge transfer and training to junior support engineers for post implementation support.
• Working mainly with the vendors like Cisco Systems, Fortinet, F5, Brocade, Huawei, HP, Solarwinds and AlienVault USM.
• Working closely with Account Managers and customers to resolve complex issues and provide technical action plans.
• Technical support lead & escalation point for Tier 3 TSE issues being escalated from lower Tier’s support staff.
• Oversee Level -1 and level-2 Technical Support Engineers, who proactively monitor/support customers network remotely 24*7 in Emitac’s Managed NOC.
• Manual and automatic ticket logging with accurate ticket classification, ticket assignment and ticket resolution in order to meet the committed SLA and avoid escalations using Manage Engine Service Desk Plus IT help desk software
• Analyze product log files, crash dumps, network traces, etc. to provide root cause analysis (RCA).
• Streamline and clarify active issues by associating bugs with existing bugs, finding duplicate issues, helping uphold proper reporting/escalation/closure processes for customer issues
• Review and analyze all support cases older than 30/60/90 days and drive resolution.
• Create and maintain utilities and documentation, and participate in internal communications to answer questions from the Support team, including tracking those questions to ensure they are answered in a timely fashion.
• Provide product training to lower Tiered support and act as a mentor to junior technical support engineers.
