Job Responsibilities:
• Preparation of bids for Turnaround/Shutdown Contracts.
• Studying Tenders and review all their terms.
• Sending clarification requests to client, required for the tender´s scope of work & specifications.
• Sending RFQ’s to subcontractors and suppliers for Quotations.
• Attending pre-bid meeting and site visits, to evaluate scope of work and estimation of resources, regarding manpower, equipment’s and materials.
• For compiling Techno Commercial proposal, preparing the complete cost of bid after analyzing and estimates whole tender and compiling in accordance with different discipline to evaluate the total cost of the project.
• Reply all tender technical and commercial clarifications.
• Attending commercial negotiation meetings with clients.
• Preparing Project schedule using Primavera P6
• Preparing Weekly look ahead Program from Primavera.
• Integrating Project Progress with Primavera Activities.
• Project Progress Measurement using S-Curves.
• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member.
• Preparing required Man-hour / Manpower, Resource Histogram, KPIs & Cash flow.
• Providing S curve and planned v/s Actual variance.
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress Report (Both Internal & Client)
• Revise Scheduling and recovery planning in commensurate with physical progress, performance and productivity after coordinating with site team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure full technical understanding and scope definition against for planning and schedule.
• Preparation of project plan using Primavera Project Planner MS Project.
• Prepare manpower and Equipment loading schedule.
• Providing S-curve, percentage variance report in accordance with planned and actual works.
• Providing daily progress reports, Equipment status report, Activity Summary and various Look ahead plan by using Primavera and Excel.
• Identified & closely monitored all Engineering & Procurement activities from Area schedule for helping fabrication of Modules
• Participating in weekly Construction Progress & Productivity meeting & identifying the key progress issues to management.
• Checking the Sub-contractor’s monthly engineering, procurement & construction progress & certifying the Monthly progress invoices for the payment.
• Preparation of Weekly & Monthly progress report to management.
• Highlighting the date slippage & impact of it in meeting overall Milestones
• Read scope, Develop and implement the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Material reservation for Routine maintenance work orders.
• Preparation Two Week look ahead plan.
• Daily Site visit and verify completion of work order as per committed
• Attending daily internal progress meeting.
• Attending weekly meeting with clients.
• Producing the manpower and equipment histogram and mobilization plan for project.
• Monitoring of actual progress, comparison to baseline and reporting progress against schedule.
• Critical path analysis for work areas and provide early warning information to management.
• Project schedule update to allow progress measurement and efficiency to be established.
Responsible of all activities regarding HVAC System.
To check HVAC requirements from Local codes and standard.
To ensure that work is as per required standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, SAES etc.)
Preparation of “Request for Inspection” (RFI) as per ITP & QCP.
Raise RFI and also conduct commissioning with ARAMCO HVAC representative and startup of
HVAC equipment (chillers, AHU’s etc.)
Final Year Project: Design and Manufacturing of Solar Concentrator for Water Pumping In this project, I manufactured a solar concentrator for water pumping with cost analysis. The aim of this project was to analyses and produces a simple yet effective solar water pump, utilizing a single working fluid with which the collection of solar energy and pumping of water could be achieved. My project came 2nd in the Final Year Project display in the Mechanical Engineering Department.
