Conducting extensive online research of Construction Companies within GCC region for potential & ongoing Project.
Taking care of all ongoing tenders and projects coordinating with Client & Contractor, submitting proposal and arranging a meeting for negotiating..etc.
Preparing all kind of Agreement (Contract/Subcontract/Rental/JV/Purchase..etc).
Preparing Prequalification documents as per requirements.
Relevant of all type of Construction NOCs and Permit with Client i.e. Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, RTA, Nakheel, Dewa, Empower, Etisalat, DU ... etc, as well as follow up and coordinating with concern authority.
Coordinates with Clients, Subcontractors, & Project Management Team and other Internal Departments for Documentation related issues.
Preparing all related technical documents in tender stage of project and prepare inquiry to send other company and time to time follow-up.
Develop and implement a set of key procedures and specifications governing the document control process, including document control procedure, document numbering specification, correspondence procedure, archiving specification, translation procedure and other documentation together defining the document control framework on the given Project.
In-charge of complete and full-fledged Documentation Management System. The documentation required to be managed by this system includes, complete range of Technical documentation like Drawings, Reports, Calculations, Technical Specifications.
Co-ordination with Clients, Subcontractors & Project Management Team and other Internal Departments for Documentation related issues.
Prepare monthly Invoice Payment Certificate for Subcontractors & Suppliers after verification and approval from Sites Management.
Communication between Site Office, Subcontractors and Suppliers from Head Office.
Handling also work in Tender Department like prepare tender documents for submitting bid and prepare inquiry to send other company and time to time follow-up.
Control all incoming and outgoing Drawings/ Documents etc. Ensure timely issuance & distributions of all the Drawings/Documents with correct revisions to all parties as detailed in the distribution matrix contained in project procedures.
Ensuring correct referencing of all documents.
Strict adherence to the internal & Client provided documentation procedures.
Develop & maintain systematic register and accessible filling for easy access and reference.
Ensure updated and correct logging on the system.
Preparing all internal Memo, Letters & Faxes
Submitting & keeping logo for all Drawings & Documents to Consultant and distributing to concern section.
Handle all work of all senior executives in Head Office.
