I am responsible for bringing in Turnkey projects in terms of office Furniture and Interior Fit-out Works.
Coordinating with Consultants and Designers to prepare a design and quotes
Product production supervision; Technical knowledge of components.
Making site visit to ensure the work is going according to the plans and on time.
Attending meetings with the Client & understanding their requirement and passing over the information to the architectural designers for the preparation of Designs and execution of the project
Coordinating with various in-house Department Like Design, Estimation, Decoration, Logistics, Warehouse and Execution.
Coordinating with the Electricians & MEP staff for the complete set-up of Office along with the Furniture.
Assisting the customers in choosing the right designs and office furniture to suit their Business type & environment.
Coordinating with the suppliers for the quote and delivery.
Providing freehand drawings of the proposed installation, making the sale, and providing necessary follow-up with clients (service after sale).
Providing quotations for the inquires received from Clients of various business.
Perform competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve a market share metrics.
Making follow-up calls to customers for the payments.
Finding prospective customer & lead generation.
Synchronizing the possible service of the company with the needs of the client.
End to end communication with individuals, companies and maintaining a relationship with them to make sure that they take our services
Ensuring delivery of best service to customer for customer satisfaction.
Up dating the MD about entrusted assignments and proposing new and innovative ideas for Business development.
I was reporting to the Area Sales Manager, on all the aspects of business development under my supervision and control.
I was responsible to manage Sales and Marketing finding prospective customers and lead generation; follow up with customer and gives them product details.
Ensure successful product delivery; providing guidance and support to the front-line team through goal setting and reviewing measures.
