Attendance and approval of factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, performance tests, and plant reliability run tests and site commissioning activities. Significantly contributed to resolve several Operational Problems of the Plant. Management and resolution of plant chronic issues through RCA's. (Root Cause Analysis). Coordination for all the Preventive, Schedule and breakdown Maintenance of all Mechanical Equipment’s of the Plant. Coordination for all functions during Major Inspections and special outages for Plant Equipment’s and accessories
Managed work at 234MW combined cycle power plant according to contractual requirements and in compliance with protocols & standards pertaining to engineering, installation, testing, commissioning and operations of Plant Static & Rotary Equipment, Plant Piping, Fire Fighting & HVAC Systems.
Managed Muridke project inception, execution & fulfillment by collaborating with design team; selecting & evaluating equipment fabrication designs; coordinating with vendors and procurement department; evaluating construction method statements, and handling approvals of noncompliance & deviation requests.
