o Testing of Lv Breakers and overload relays for fault identification or condition monitoring.
o Electrical protection relays testing at 132KV, 66KV, 11KV, 6, 6 KV, 3.3 KV, & 440V voltage level. e.g. (GE relays T60, M60, F60 & testing overview G60. ABB protection relays REF542Plus, SPAM, SPAJ, SPAA & SPAU).
o Motor signature analysis through SKF EXP 4000.
o Condition monitoring of transformers using Doble DF300 with tests of UHF, TEV, HFCT and acoustic sensors.
o Condition monitoring of MV switchgears via backing up data from relays.
o Updating of protection coordination of electrical system with help of manuals and physical checking of breaker setting, types and checking with relay setting.
o Condition monitoring of power trafos with oil sampling of insulation oil with testing method of BDV (Megger) and DGA with GE kelmen kit. Analysing voltage insulation level and gasses generated is within limit.
o Testing of Power Transformer with omicron testing devices.
Test includes, Dirana, Tan Delta, Exciting Current, Leakage Reactance, Transformer Turn Ratio, DC Winding Resistances H/X, Test of CT, VT (knee point, saturation, polarity & ratio), and Megger.
o Working Experience on Excitation System Ex2000, GEC, GEPP(Brushless Excitation System)
o PM of digital excitation control system (EX2000) GEPP(Brushless Excitation System).
o PM, CM & operation of 500KVA, 440VAC generator.
o Backup & working knowledge about protective relays of generators, feeder management and transformers Micro Processor relays REM 541, REF 542, REF 542plus, AREVA P343, P243 & P141.
o PM & CM of 490v, 3.3Kv, 6.6Kv and 11Kv Vacuum Circuit Breaker (Alstom & Siemens).
o Commission of Automatic Fire Suppression System for Switchgears (Based on Human Friendly Inergen ™ Gas) Make Thorn, UK.
o PM, Installation & commissioning of smoke detector system make SAFCO.
o Ability to read & troubleshoot PLC/SLC ladder logic and different process interlocks like DCS, Experion.
o Experience and ability to troubleshoot and support various industrial machine controls.
o Maintenance of HVAC system.
o PM, CM overhauling, bearing replacement, insulation testing, greasing of motors.
o Troubleshooting of different interlocking circuit (auto cut in cut out, level, pressure, speed and vibration).
o PM, CM trouble shooting of MOVs.
