This is an Industrial waste Treatment/ Recycle facility that can handle up to 400 TPD of waste.

Below are my responsibilities:
 Ensuring that the facility is being operated smoothly along with strict compliance of safety measures and SOPs.
 Implementing Environmental regulation, analyzing process hazard and performing energy conservation activities.
 Developing ideas for optimizing plant operations to further increase production and reduce cost.
 Identifying process-related problems and suggest suitable cost-effective solutions.
 Getting necessary approvals from management and executing the approved solutions
 Preparing various key Performance Indicator commitment checklists for management perusal
 Formulating and developing quality assurance procedures and ensuring compliance with ongoing quality control procedures.
 Performing technical evaluation of new waste streams, along with management of change procedures.
 Preparing the facility for regular inspections/audits.
 Managing a team of around 100 employees in a busy work environment.

Below are my significant achievements:
 Led facility new operations, from preparing feasibility to documenting standard operating procedures, for instance Intermodal ISO container management.
 Successfully accomplished Environmental Audits: EPD (Aramco), PME and RC
 Played an active role in developing and running ERP-Odoo different modules: HAZMAT, HSE, Maintenance, Procurement, Inventory and HR

Below were my responsibilities:

 Coordinating the process and aligning the resolution of issues with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and QC departments and evaluating their recommendations.
 Implementing modifications to processes; reviewing design packages for functionality and process safety.
 Preparing process reports, flow diagrams and charts.
 Updating engineering documents, procedures and manuals.
 Performing detailed reporting including production, breakdown, event, technical and feasibility reports.
 Attending HAZOP and Operations meeting and Performing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with HSE department.

Below are my significant achievements:
 Leading inert gas blanketing of fixed-roof oil tanks project.
 steering project of asbestos insulation removal from a crude condenser column of Saudi Aramco’s Ras Tanura Refinery (RTR).
 Conducting a study to evaluate the possibility of adding more waste feeds in the existing industrial waste effluent treatment and recycling plant.

It is a Polyester (Textile fiber and PET resin) production complex.
I worked in following units:
 Textile grade Poly-condensation plant (Zimmer 180 TPD)
 Bottle grade Poly-condensation plant (CITIE 600 TPD)
 Solid State Polymerization Plants (UOP SINCO 225 TPD X 02)

Below were my responsibilities:
 Communicating and following instructions of the shift controller to carry out duties efficiently and safely.
 Monitoring operating parameters from DCS and taking corrective action for any deviation
 Coordinating with Maintenance, Electrical, Quality control and other departments in implementing routine and non-routine activities.
 Carrying out duties as an auxiliary Site Safety Officer as and when required during emergencies.
 Monitoring commissioning activities; Hydro-testing, calibration and start-up of different equipment.
 Monitoring Shift logbooks, parameter trends and lab reports.
 Evaluating and troubleshooting the problems and coordinating with other functions to resolve them.

It is a textile waste treatment plant. I was responsible to carry out assigned field tasks, along with strict compliance of safety measures and Standard Operating Procedure.
