Managing food & beverages costs, budgets and reviewing these based on P&L statements analysis
Preparing, updating and re-engineering menus
Supervising and guiding kitchen chefs and service supervisors of all cost centers for quality and consistency control
Maintaining monthly & yearly inventory sheets and reports
