YYT Food Corporation LLC is a leading company in the Hospitality Sector of UAE engaged in operating a chain of Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) in the Gulf region with famous brands including Subway, Vanellis, and PadThai.
➢ Identify attractive upcoming locations for new store/restaurants
➢ Negotiate effective deals with land lords (UAE, Bahrain and Qatar).
➢ Review leases up for renewal on periodic basis and negotiate extensions and best rates (UAE, Bahrain and
Qatar).
➢ Negotiate lease terms in line with group’s plans and budgets.
➢ Ensure timely closure of deals and manage all related documentation.
➢ Manage submission of security deposits, advances and rental cheques.
➢ Constantly review current leases to identify opportunities for improvement (e.g., given change in market
conditions) and prepare proactively in advance of lease terminations
➢ Maintenance of Updated Control Sheets for all the Lease Agreements, Ejari, Trade Licenses.
➢ To arrange and make sure for the updated insurance policies for all restaurants locations including third party
insurance, Property all Risk, Money Insurance, Workmen compensation and Director officer liability.
➢ Assisting and responsible for preparing minutes of the meeting for CEO.
➢ Handling other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time
Arabian Center, a prestigious project by The Lals Group, is a premium shopping and entertainment destination. The mall is home to 200 plus internationally renowned retails stores, ranging from clothing to home furnishings, electronics, jewelry, perfumes, fashion accessories, and family entertainment.
Ensure that documents required are completed (Booking Form, Tenant Information, Valid Passport Copy with Visa Page Residence, Emirates ID, Trade license copy for Corporate Booking, Power of Attorney for Authorize Signatory, as well as co occupant’s documents.
Prepare LAF for higher management signature.
Prepare lease agreement contract as per the approved Leasing Approval Form.
Informing Finance Dept. about expected tenant’s payment transfer; confirm payment clearance of tenants upon handover of properties.
Responsible for move out process of non-renewal and early termination leases.
Maintaining all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically that may be easily accessed by the team.
Prepare and distribute correspondence such as memos and letters.
Monitor key register of all the rental properties.
Send monthly renewal/non-renewal notices (90 days prior to expiry)
Forward monthly bills to tenants.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions and payment.
Respond to telephone inquiries, providing quality service to customers.
Answer associates inquiring about the availability of products or status of orders.
Ensured customers were satisfied with every part of the flooring experience, from initial greeting through
order completion.
Memorizing the company’s product offering.
Interacting with internal partners in accounting, field services, new business, operations and consumer affairs.
