Study selected broker buisness flow and follow up for renewals
Policy audit to ensure it is meeting CB and compliance regulations
overview and assist team members for any backlogs
Motivating team for efficiency and effectiveness at work
Providing monthly MIS report and summarizing it company wise recovery
Reporting monthly o/s recovery claims from other insurance companies
Liaise with other companies for availability of documents ready for settlement
Provide & obtain any supporting documents to process the claim
Registration of TP claims in system and creating estimates in system
Depreciate the claim amount as per EIA guidelines
Insure the repairs carried out as per estimates matches with police report (reject others, if any)
Following up on short paid claims in order to get revised CN or genuine reasons of deduction
Confirm exchange of CN on ratio bases or relationships with them
Registration of claims, intimations of recovery claims, salvages and confirmation of TP intimations
Processing claims which includes; Initial in-house survey, procuring estimates and supporting documents for claim review & approval
Issue LPO’s & approve it from line manager
Knows about filing system of claims
Answer customer queries and complaints and provide solutions thoroughly
Procure initial claim documents and intimate insurance companies for claim reference
Advise insured to proceed with body shops as per policy inclusions
Follow up on estimates and provide copy to insurer for arranging visual inspection
Follow up on survey reports with loss adjusters and insurer for LPO
Help insurer to investigate the claims to ensure its genuine (sadly some people do lie)
Working with loss adjusters, insurer & underwriter to clarify any questions raised by claims officer
Resolve issues that arise after repairs and file a complaint to insurer to resolve the insured issue, if genuine
Generate pending claims reports quarterly to discuss with insurer for acute services

Bachelor of Business Administration with Major subjects International Finance, Islamic Banking, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets and Institutions, Management Accounting etc. During semester we have studied variety of subjects related to Marketing, Human Resource and Finance with introduction to companies and and basic understanding of any organization.
