information is correct and gathered before submitting to Estimators & QS Department.
* Preparing all related technical documents in tender stage of project and prepare inquiry to send
other company and time to time follow-up.
* Develop and implement a set of key procedures and specifications governing the document
control process, including document control procedure, document numbering specification,
correspondence procedure, archiving specification, translation procedure and other
documentation together defining the document control framework on the given Project.
* Maintained accurate and up to date logs (RFI, Shop Drawing, Materials, Documents, As Built
Drawing, Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request etc).

* Submitting & keeping logo for all Drawings & Documents to Consultant and distributing to
concern section.
