 Partner with the business leaders and build a valuable relationship to
understand, align strategies, analyze impact, and translate business
requirements into effective HR practices.
 Perform routine Organizational diagnostics and highlight the areas of
attention to the HR directors and share the plan of action.

 Ensure the implementation of the contract between Huawei and the
outsourcing agencies and work force suppliers.
 Own the full-cycle recruitment process and use data to make
operational decisions for continuous improvements. Update/review
the existing job descriptions/roles and develop new job roles in
alignment with the changing trends in the market.
 Ensuring right people at right place within Huawei.
 Identify performance management objectives in line with business
plans.
 Execute, develop, and run the Performance Management cycle and
ensure fairness, equality, and drive a performance-oriented culture.
 Develop learning and development training programs along with
training team.
 Develop the onboarding & exit flow process ensuring that the dignity
and respect of both the company and employee are maintained.
 Design policy and procedures for all the business scenarios and closely
monitor to align with the changing trends.
Collaborate with Legal department and maintain in-depth knowledge
of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees,
reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
 Arrange team building activities, employee engagement events etc.
 Establish and ensure a strong work culture that is fair, effective,
productive, positive, safe, and inclusive.
