Own the full-cycle recruitment process and use data to make

the existing job descriptions/roles and develop new job roles in
alignment with the changing trends in the market.
Ensuring right people at right place within Huawei.
Identify performance management objectives in line with business
plans.
Execute, develop, and run the Performance Management cycle and
ensure fairness, equality, and drive a performance-oriented culture.
Develop learning and development training programs along with
training team.
Develop the onboarding & exit flow process ensuring that the dignity
and respect of both the company and employee are maintained.
Design policy and procedures for all the business scenarios and closely
monitor to align with the changing trends.
Collaborate with Legal department and maintain in-depth knowledge
of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees,
reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Arrange team building activities, employee engagement events etc.
Establish and ensure a strong work culture that is fair, effective,
productive, positive, safe, and inclusive.
• Project controller for Mobily 3GL+6 & 2GL+8, Mobily 3GL+7, 2GL+8 & LTEIII Project.
• Project controller for King Abdullah Economic City Project (KAEC smart city project).
• Documentation controller for Mobily FBN, MEP1, MEP2, MEP2, FTTH and FTTX Project.
• Arranging PAT for the Site with Managed service and Subcontractor team and follow till acceptance.
• Snags/OIL. Clearance from the sites to get them ready for PAC.
• Report to the P.M for all the issues related to Project Rollout & implementation follow ups.
• Making sure the implementation of project PIPs.
• Purchase orders to Subcontractors as per Contract and scope of work.
