WORK EXPERIENCE
January 2004-November 2004 I worked n a bro bono basis at the UWC Legal Aid Clinic and consulted with clients and provided them with in house legal services under the supervision of the legal aid director.
2005-2006 I completed my articles and practiced as a professional assistant at Blidens Attorneys now known as Blidens Campbell Attorneys.
2006-2014 I practiced as an associate at Alastair Morrison van Huyssteen Attorneys where I was the head of the conveyancing department and associate in the High Court litigation department for eight years.
2014-current I am a Director of Mowzer Talip Attorneys Inc. as well an associate of Rahin Joseph Attorneys, where I am the head of the conveyancing; litigation and notarial law departments

DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE, MY HISTORICAL BACKGROUND AND BRIEF CLIENT BASE CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:
I am an admitted attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, notary public and conveyancer of 17 years standing.
I am currently a director and CEO of Mowzer Talip Attorneys Inc which was established in 2014 (I have been a director for 9 years from 2014-current). My areas of expertise are in property-related matters, conveyancing and contracts, mineral law, restitution of land claims, public and administrative law, Insolvency, Family law, Administration of Deceased Estates, Corporate law, Arbitration, Debt Collection as well as Commercial and Non-Commercial High Court litigation.
