6-Strong Coordination with Operators and subcontractors.

8- Investigating Major Outages HUB / MHUB and Furnish RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Report.

2- Implemented BTS software loading, creation, integration and expansion.
3- Alarm and fault monitoring of NOKIA & SIEMENS cell sites.
4- Projects (Network Rollout) New BTS/ MW and Site implementation.
5- Breakdown maintenance of BSS & Transmission equipments (BTS/MW/S/PDH/others).
6- Day-to-day operation and maintenance activities of BSS network elements.
7- To carry out Network modification from time to time like TRX additions, Up gradation etc
8- Working and give support 24x7 hours.
9- New Cell Sites integration, Integration or re-deployment of the VIP COW (Cell on Wheel).
10-Sweep tests (VSWR) testing Use of site analyzer, (BIRD).

14-Transferring E1’s from BSC/MSC to new Cell Sites, Working Experience of Siemens HITs, STLP, LMT BR9 & BR8, NCT, LCT.
15- Co-operation with Operators and subcontractors.
16- Technical Site Survey of BTS cell sites and supervise the Teams.
