As Lead Project Implementation Engineer I performed below activities.
- Requirement Gathering

- Preparation of Technical Design document
- Ensuring that Afiniti is implemented without impact in customer operations.
- Designing Technical Deployment plan and its execution for Afiniti.
- Completing Product integration documentation.
- Technical Support.
- Facilitating all engineering and other deployment functions in the organization.
- Ensuring smooth cutover activities.
- Handling Telephony Environment Lab setup and its maintenance, to test client’s environment.
- Facilitating User Acceptance Testing for Afiniti implementation.
- Ensure graceful hand-off to Service Desk.
- Explaining Afiniti product & Telephony platforms trainings to Client and other internal users

• Prepare and maintain QA Checklist, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Plan, Test Scenario
and Test Cases from the Software Requirements Specification documents
• Perform Black Box testing techniques (Functional, Regression, UAT, SIT and Integration testing).
• Integration testing of the Corporate Internet Banking System with core banking system and
dynamics CRM
• Detailed defect reporting and tracking using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Integration testing of Microsoft dynamics CRM with core banking system
• Involved in Writing and Implementing the Test Cases.

• Attended several walkthrough meeting with the Business Analysts, Project Manager and
developers and provided feedback accordingly.
• Performed Web Application Security Testing/Verification for known vulnerabilities reported by
OWASP.
• Training and supervising junior QA Engineers.
• Coordinating with product team for understanding and resolution of Product related problems.
• Regular review of open support calls of clients and assisting the designated team for its closure.
• Be a part of cutover activity and in monitoring of system after cutover activity.
• Complete configuration and environment set up in a Microsoft windows environment and oracle
environment to the specifications of client proposals.
• Involved in Writing and Implementing the Test Cases.
