• Serves customers by identifying their needs engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff; costing engineering changes.
• Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.
• Day to day supervision of personnel involved in the project
• Carry out Risk Assessment & method statement for the start of new projects.
• Attend meetings with consultants & clients for project discussions.
• Visit sites on a daily basis & resolve site issues.
• Assist the Project Manager maintain proper track of team activities.
• Identify needs & manage resources for on-site teams.
• Follow up of Shop drawing and site execution.
• Implement safety rules & regulations at sites.
• Manage workforce for maximum efficiency & on-time finish.
• Documentation of completed projects.
• Managing of mechanical manpower for the area & assigning specific responsibilities according to their experiences and skills.
• Give day to day technical support for breakdown diagnostics & repair, including risk and failure.
