Key Responsibilities include:
* QA of provided scripts on UAT environment and share the findings.
* Analysis the production issues and resolve them with in short time.
* Analyzing recurring issues, diagnosing their root cause, fixing issues and presenting my findings to
Dev team for permanent solution.
* Providing application configuration and maintenance on PREMIA business facing systems,
by becoming an expert on the use of all aspects of these systems.
* Delivering support to existing business users and investigating and resolving application
errors, data discrepancies and queries.
* Developing, where agreed and feasible, customizations.
* Working with Business Systems Support Analyst in identifying and proposing application system
changes, better uses, enhancements and developments and liaising with appropriate vendors, users
and the IT Team.
Application Support
* Receiving and logging requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff and/or users;
investigating problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions to take.
* Monitoring progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties are
kept informed.
* Monitoring application systems for which responsible by regular scrutiny of reports from the
applications software or the ICT team. Note problems and identify performance trends. Where
approved, take corrective action to improve performance and to avoid problems arising.
* Liaise with software suppliers on the development of system enhancements to overcome
known problems or further fulfill user requirements.
* Examining application functionality and performance and provide information about how it can be improved.
Business Support
* Analyzing data from systems and produce technical and business reports for consumption by
departmental managers.
* Proactively managing data quality in some systems.
* Maintaining interfaces, exports and imports, and ensure their smooth running where required.
* Write, run reports, interfaces and routines to support day-to-day business operations.
JOOMLA &
