o Responsible for end to end Recruitment cycle of Gul Ahmed Group (Retail, Textile, Energy, e-commerce, and Apparel division). o Performs Job Analysis activity on active position, source, screen and short list candidates' profiles from database, portals, social networking, referrals, scoping & by placing job ads and head hunting. o Manages and ensuring the arrangements for their required facilities, also provide orientation to new joiners in the company. o Prepares and negotiate employment ofers with the candidates. o Employer Branding Activities in and efective way so that Gul Ahmed becomes 1st choice. o Responsible for Pre /Post - employment reference verification of shortlisted candidates and employees. o Performs on boarding tasks which includes; preparing orientation plans, coordination with functional heads o Formulating, creating & crafting standardized marketing practices, procedures &production plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Planning Production related projects and managing external marketing partners and vendors. Increasing organizational awareness through Manpower & Production Planning.
