Ongoing projects Costing and management
Ongoing projects track and ensuring completion on time by taking timely decisions
Managing Construction at all projects ensuring smooth work flow on daily basis
Accounts
Procurement for all ongoing projects
Making Schedules for All construction related activities including MEP
Raising & Handling Municipality Inspections as when required
Coordination with subcontractors for work completion
Email coordination with Clients, Consultants & Vendors
Transport Management
Visa issuance to Renewal for all employees with Full track and documents
Wages preparation & transfer as per MOHRE Wage protection system on time
Costing of New Projects
Contract Agreements preparation for Subcontractors & Vendors
Employees Daily Timesheets Data entry
New Hiring Advertisements & Selecting Appropriate candidate by conducting Interviews
Petty cash handling with complete record for different projects
Searching for New projects for the company by visiting sites and consultants
Raising Material & Work Inspection requests to the Client as and when required while working with Construction Giants Like Roberts Constructions
Export, Import related documents for the trading of the company
