Position: QS Engineer/ Quantity Surveyor.

Projects:
 AL JADA -INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOMENTS (Cost = 98 Million)
 DS -195 DUBAI MUNCIPALITY SERVICES CONNECTION FOR DPG DEVELOPMENTS (Cost=75 Million)
 PT-162/1 ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE WORKS FOR DUBAI INDUSTRIAL CITY (Cost=175 Million)
Responsibilities:
 Ensuring timely submission of interim valuations and expediting timely receipt of certificates and payments
 Preparing of final forecast revenue (FFR) based on approved drawings
 Preparing of cost valuation report and uploading in Coin.
 Preparation of supply and sub contract agreements for approval
 Preparation of material Comparison Statement and vetting sheets, Approval to Execute, Deviate and Vendor Selection form.
 Review, evaluate and submit post tender correspondences in coordination with the management
 Checking and review of sub-contractor Payment Application based on their Backups and our progress.
 Certificate Preparation of Sub Contractor and uploading in Coin to process their Payment.
 Co-ordination with Client and consultant in day to day site affairs and submission of all reports
 Overall management and execution of job as per Client program.
 Uploading Certificate in Coin to generate Tax Invoice for VAT purpose.
 Detail estimation from Design Drawing and indicating variation to Consultant through Notices and RFIs.
 Ensuring Proper Documentation for Payment Application Payment Certificate Sub-Contractors Documents Notices for Claim.
 Analysis of tender drawing design drawing and Shop drawing for Scope of work
 Material Cross Checking for Purchased and used to avoid the wastage and for claiming as a material on site.
 Collecting the information as sales ledger, cost ledger, system accruals and manual accruals to now the cost of labour, staff, plant and material to check the Profit and loss.

Responsibilities:
 Preparing quantity takeoff for progress work done on site from construction drawings.
 Ensuring timely submission of interim valuations and expediting timely receipt of certificates and payments
 Preparation of Detailed Estimate and Analysis of Rates.
 Ensure full compliance with all Company policies and procedures including health and safety and employment
 Maintain confidentiality at all times.
 Review, evaluate and submit post tender correspondences in coordination with the management
 Develop good working relationships with all company departments and liaising with key members of
the business as appropriate, to ensure relevant information is gathered, chased up where necessary.
 Preparing Work Inspection Request, Material Submittal for Approval, Co-ordination with Third Party
Lab for Test Reports as per the Requirement of Consultant & Client.
 Co-ordination with Client and consultant in day to day site affairs and submission of all reports
 Overall management and execution of job as per Client program.
 Preparing Bar Bending Schedules.
 Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
 Submission of interim payment certificate and fallow up to approval from consultant and client.
 Advise to reduce petty cash expenses.
 Negation with consultant to take approval of new items rates.
 Check and verification for Variation order approval.
 Delegating quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
 Maintain department documentation, accurate record keeping, and Suppliers / Manufacturers data base records.

Responsibilities:
 To prepare & quantify the quantity as per the actual progress percentage to submit to the Client for review & evaluation for monthly invoices
 To identify, quantify and motivate for payment in terms of the Contract all variations between Tender and Contract documents.
 Monitoring and Supervising the Projects as per cost.
 Preparation of Detailed Estimate and Analysis of Rates.
 Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
 Assurance of quality control at site.
 Supervision of Project according to Drawings and Specifications.
 Preparing Shop Drawings as per site.
 Assisting in preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports.
 Other duties as may be assigned or requested.

Supervision of Project according to Drawings and Specifications.
