• To supervised staff of 7 representatives in Auto Finance team, policies, processes and check its implementation. Handle daily activities of Auto Finance team.
• Supervise inquiry of Auto Finance clients and handle team’s daily activities to ensure every team member perform best of his ability.
• Prepared monthly Individual Development Plans for each member of the team. Reviewed team member’s performance and offer insight to areas of improvement.
• Organize regular target statistics and also team reports for bank Sr. management.
• Encourage and train the subordinates, appraise and evaluate Team member's performance and offering counseling.
Handling the customers been delinquent for 5-7 months.
Working as a field officer handling bucket 5, 6 &7 with minimum 8 visits a day.
Job involves resolution of delinquent accounts and normalizing them instead of rollback and minimizing losses.
Working independently in offices located in other cities with minimum supervision.
Offering settlements to the customers with habitual delinquent history and recovering the money in full with the best possible negotiation.
Tracing the customer in or out of the country and negotiating with them to pay their debts by acting as a problem solver of customer issues.
Following up with the legal department to initiate legal actions against defaulters such as travel ban/police & civil case.
Reporting to the Branch Manager.
To maintain highly decent professional environment in the branch.
To promote the highest level of customer service to consumer banking customers.
To develop a potential customer database for new business development.
To monitor customer fund movement and identity where customers falls below criteria level.
To achieve the asset business in terms of Personal loans, Credit Cards & Account opening.
To maintain a close coordination with the operation staffs to provided and excellent service to the bank customers.
To assist customers and providing them necessary information about Personal Finance.
To ensure prompt and courteous handling of all enquiries from customers.
To explore new areas for improvement of sales and handling customer complaints.
To ensure customer service, sales skills, patience and the ability to gain the confidence of clients.
To research and identify new sales opportunities and suggest strategic plans to the superiors.
To contact and communicate on a regular basis with new customers and provide them with relevant products & services information to proactively seek business, thus achieve synergy & maximize revenue opportunity.
