compressors, and cooling towers.
• Planned, scheduled, and executed 52-week Periodic Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs; assigned tasks to
technical teams and ensured timely,
accurate completion.
• Performed monthly conditional surveys and inspections of all MEP assets to identify defects, issues, breakdowns, and
damages.
• Processed and resolved client-raised work orders for internal and external MEP issues in a timely manner to meet
service level agreements and KPIs.
• Administered and operated Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system for operational maintenance
tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Led on-call operations during mall operating hours; supervised maintenance teams, assigned work,
inspected completed tasks for quality and completeness.
• Developed and implemented preventive maintenance schedules to maximize asset value, reliability, and longevity.
• Conducted routine site inspections independently and with management to verify tenant compliance with contractual
property usage terms.
• Coordinated with Hard Services Engineers to formulate action plans, close work orders, and support tenants in
resolving property issues within agreed timescales.
