• Mentoring New sales consultants (daily showroom routine, Sales Process, Follow up system, product knowledge, Autoline etc.)

• Assist customers to get lending facilities from banks, in-house Insurance solutions & other value added products. Submit Deals to F & I department & follow up with them in order to get loan approvals, Insurance, Vehicle tinting etc.
• Ensuring customers complete satisfaction & a long-term relationship with the Brand & the Dealership
• Liaising efficiently with the internal departments during the sales process
• Target 100% CSI results at all times
• Maintain KPI as per the management guide lines & expectations
• Work effectively with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
Responsible for increasing the company revenue by hunting new clientele in the assigned area for the team
Responsible for building, communicating, establishing, maintaining and managing effective customer relationship
Managing the full sales cycle and driving the engagement to close
Managing a team of 8 executives with the responsibility of the achievement of their sales targets
Daily assignments to executives' area wise among the team
Monitoring the teams existing clientele satisfaction by co-ordinating with the after sales department
Preparation & collection of daily sales reports of the team & submitting it to the area sales Manager
