Assist customers to get lending facilities from banks, in-house Insurance solutions & other value added products. Submit Deals to F & I department & follow up with them in order to get loan approvals, Insurance, Vehicle tinting etc.

Ensuring customers complete satisfaction & a long-term relationship with the Brand & the Dealership

Liaising efficiently with the internal departments during the sales process

Target 100% CSI results at all times

Maintain KPI as per the management guide lines & expectations

Work effectively with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met.
