• Installing, configuring and administrating Microsoft SharePoint 2010 servers, including technical lead for integrating SharePoint sites across the MFO.

• Ensuring the security of SharePoint data in accordance with MFO needs and best practices.

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

• Coordinating with MFO offices, branches, sections and contingents in standardizing and optimizing the way data/ information is stored and retrieved.

• Work with the management to design and develop solutions to address organizational needs in order to create optimized operating environment.

- Installing, upgrading, maintenance and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows network environment, locally and at remote sites.

- Managing user and computer accounts through Active Directory.

- Computer Hardware, switches (Cisco, HP, D-Link), printers, scanners Installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

- Preparing and updating computer images (Desktops, Laptops, and Handheld
Devices) for faster installations and re-installations.

- Upgrading and migrating 700+ users from windows XP/Server 2003 to windows 7/Server 2008.

- End user support of PC and networks locally and at remote sites.

- LAN installation, upgrading, maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Wireless and satellite Internet connection monitoring and troubleshooting, with hands on CANOPY network system.

- Supporting 24 hours Emergency Calls for Computers, Servers and Networks.

- Administrating 700+ client computers through Kaspersky tools, researching virus infection, finding alternative tools and strategies to maintain virus-free network,

- Stabilizing system environment and optimizing hardware/software performance for 3D applications.
