Duties and responsibilities
• Coordinate with all aspect of project works, i.e. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, material incoming to stock and outgoing material with customer’s ledger.
• Project Invoicing, cash flow, Customer Deposit, Supplier Payment.
• Daily Collection of Cash & Cheque, Bank deposit.
• Daily Petty Cash issuance, receipts, Disbursement & Re-reimbursement.
• Sister company & bank reconciliation, maintains bank record with all the payment and cash receipt.
• Prepared quarterly reports of AP, AR, running Project expense, stock report and Sales Target for division.
• Assisting Project Manager in all aspects of project management; sub-contractor management, project cost monitoring, preparation of estimates, billing and reports.
• Served on team that created short- and long-term department objectives in accordance with company goals
