• Empower Mannai HVAC Business and expand our Market share of split, Unitary and VRF in Qatar.
• Scanning the Market for identifying and developing clients.
• Selection and design of HVAC Systems including Ducted, Packaged and VRF Systems.
• Respond to the clients introducing appropriate products, which meets the client’s requirement.
• Preparing estimates and Quotations, and handling enquiries and tenders.
• Follow up material submittals ensuring that they are in compliance with specifications.
• Support and assist Consultants for efficient and economic Product.
• Responsible for site visits and follow up for installations and subcontractors to ensure smooth running of work.
• Obtaining Information about Competitors Products.
• Attending and solving customer complaints.
• Selection of AC Equipment’s for residential and commercial applications.
• To establish and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Consultant & MEP Contractors throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide value engineering solutions and getting enquiries and following up on quotations.
• Co-ordination with manufacturing facility for production, Order acknowledgements, lead-time, pricing, delivery, gap in equipment design and technical details.
• To provide compliance statement or highlight if any deviations according to requirement of tender specifications of project.
