Responsibilities and Roles

• Responsible to convince the consultant/client/contractor for system design with industrial standard and their requirement.
• Project Tracking and vendor registration with various consultants and Main contractors.
• Working with project consultant to comply with specifications and conducting technical presentation for products approval.
• Preparing technical submittal, Preparation includes Auto CAD drawing of Control Schematic, and handing over documents.
• Design detailing of security systems such as parking management systems, parking guidance system, CCTV system, Parking barrier system, Access control system, Intruder alarm system, bollard system, Road Blocker system etc
• Co-ordination with Client and consultant.
• Working on both commercial and design stage along with the Operations manager.
• Reviewing customer drawings, plans, tender specs, contractual agreements, specifications, etc in order to prepare detailed technical proposal for them.
• Designing & Preparation of B.O.Q.
• Co-ordination with main-Contractors/sub-contractors/project Managers to achieve timely targets.
• Managing the Project Sales Cycle (Site surveys, Design, Quotes, Ordering, Execution, and Invoicing).
• Site study of the projects and giving knowledge to the client about the project and ELV Products and create the necessary technical demos to support the proposal.

• Parking management/guidance/barrier system: FAAC, ZEAG, SKIDATA, MAGNETIC AUTO CONTROL, and AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS.
• Parking bollard system: FAAC, O&O etc.
• Access control system: GALAXY SYSTEMS (USA), HONEYWELL, HID, NEDAP, Etc.
• CCTV system: ARECONT VISION, PELCO, AXIS, VISTA Etc.
• UVSS: Gate keeper security (USA).

International Expo &Training
• Training from FAAC (supplier for Parking Barriers) FZE - Dubai.
• Attended International Hotel and traffic Expo 2015 held in Dubai.
• Attended Project Qatar building contractors Expo 2014, 2015 and 2016 and 2017.
