• Designed a high-level architecture for an enterprise-grade, private RAG-based Digital Support Agent,
enabling secure, contextual Q&A over proprietary Confluence knowledge using AutoX Amdocs Azure
OpenAI account. Leveraged embeddings, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Elasticsearch to significantly
improve knowledge discovery, onboarding efficiency, and internal support, while ensuring data privacy

• Currently working on a Front Office trade processing middleware application. It’s a collection of complex distributed application connected using various service oriented technologies like TIB (RV & EMS), MQ etc. It caters to Fixed Income products(OTC)
Part of the team that develops and maintains backend Java services for Venom Desktop application and Java batches. Venom Desktop application has C++ Front End and Java Trade Capture System that process FX trades from Venom UI & various upstream systems as well as E-Trades from NomuraLive platform.

• Worked as a Software Engineer in an Agile Scrum environment, responsible for requirements analysis
