Responsibilities:My Role
•Monitor and Control building integrated systems including of BMS & HVAC Controls, Fire Alarm system and Access Control Systems.
•Testing and Commissioning of BMS
(Site: Yas Marina, Cascade, Yas West)
My Role
•Monitor and Control building integrated systems including of BMS & HVAC Controls, Fire Alarm system and Access Control Systems.
•Testing and Commissioning of BMS DDC Panel Controllers and field devices
•Preventive Maintenance for the DDC panel, controller, modules and field devices like actuators, sensors, transducer and PICV.
•Operation Maintenance for the all Electrical systems and Perform All kind of services activities including, such as for BMS System, HVAC Controls, Chiller Plant, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchanger, AHU, FCU, RCU, BTU System, Fire Alarm system.
•Worked on the Calibration on VFD also well known about Diagrams.
•permits to work co-ordination of action about the plant electrical maintenance & site co-ordination
•Troubleshooting of HV and LV equipment’s like a Motor Starter VFD Control Wiring etc. & Updating Daily break down and troubleshooting data to Engineer.
•Carryout visual inspection and be vigilant to identify any developing problem in the area assigned and report to relevant department.
•Awareness on Hazardous area classification and selection of electrical equipment.
•Provided solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors used root-cause-failure techniques, corrective, actions, modification and performed replacement or new installation.
•Verify completed maintenance activities and ensure that the job is performed as per requirement and complete maintenance activity sheet.
•Able to understand the Drawing & Loop Diagrams.
•Worked on Calibration, Adjustment and installation of Primary and Secondary Elements.
