Rotating equipment inspector for turbo machinery overhauling during plant Shutdown perform the following: -
• Checked and inspected turbo machinery components to ensure they meet equipment reliability requirements.
• Provided technical support quality control (QC) service during maintenance & overhauling.

During my tenure as a Lead Mechanical Technician/Supervisor at the 1180MW CCPP Bhikhi-2 Power Plant, I took on various responsibilities and demonstrated my expertise in the field. Here are some key points regarding my role and accomplishments:
• Worked closely with engineers and team members to optimize the allocation of manpower and resources. Lead daily maintenance activities, ensuring coordination among team members and efficient completion of tasks. My leadership skills and ability to make critical decisions contributed to the smooth operation of equipment and the overall functioning of the power plant.
• Performed CCI of the Gas Turbine Frame 9HA.01. This involved assessing the condition of combustion and compressor components, identifying maintenance requirements, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. I also carried out preventive and corrective maintenance of the gas & steam turbines auxiliary equipment, ensuring its performance.
• Developed and executed preventive maintenance plans and schedules for equipment in the gas compression system, BOP, boiler, and turbine areas. This encompassed a wide range of equipment, including compressors, cooling towers, pumps, valves, pressure safety valves (PSVs), and turbine auxiliary equipment.
• By conducting regular inspections, lubrication, calibration, and component replacement in adherence to manufacturer recommendations, I aimed to prevent unexpected failures, minimize downtime, and optimize system performance and reliability

During my special assignment as a Senior Technician at Pak Arab Fertilizers Limited, I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting and condition monitoring of mechanical equipment across multiple areas within the plant site. These areas included:
1. Ammonia Plant 2. Urea Plant 3. Utilities Plant 4. Calcium Ammonium Phosphate 5. Nitro-Phosphate 6. Nitric Acid 7. Natural Gas Compression Unit

• Overhauling & revamping of reciprocating & Expander air compressor
• Performed the overhauling of barrel-type compressors, ammonia, and air compressors as part of the plants reliability programs. This involved tasks such as bearing inspections, floating and contact seal replacements, overhauling and attending force outage jobs to maintain equipment performance.
• I am well-versed in using a wide range of tools, including hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, hydraulic tools, hoists, cranes, chain falls, and trucks. These tools were utilized to efficiently dismantle and assemble machinery and equipment during maintenance and repair tasks.
