Responsible for organizing and maintaining a central facility for the purchase of all goods, services and contracts, Also ensuring the smooth supply of material, consumables and equipment to the company
• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials
• Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids
• Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, renting and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies
• Manage the reports and analytics of all the Procurement services and activities
• Evaluate the supplier performance related to price, quality, and service (Supplier KPI reports)
• Arrange for disposal of surplus materials
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• Oversee and manage logistics
• Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.

• Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Preside over staff meetings.
• Help retail sales staff achieve sales targets.
• Manage different departments within the store.
