• Prepare monthly HR Report for the higher management to analyze the KPI.
• Co-ordination with the district Managers and Coaches in appointments, resignations, transfers, promotions, retirements etc.
• Looking after the final settlements for the leaver of the company.
• Handle staff grievances and nip the issues as per the company policies and procedures.
• Assist in arranging annual conference, employees training programs of the employees etc.
