Responsibilities: 1-implementation of project Quality plan and follow up quality related issues of all construction activities for the assigned discipline within the assigned zones.
2- Performing of surveillance inspection activities and reporting results to supervisor.
3-performing and ensures on -time issuance of RFIs (request for inspection) for the assigned discipline within the assigned area
4- Issuance of NCRs for the assigned discipline within the assigned area
5- Supervises; follows up, technically assist and verify effective closure of issued NCRs within the assigned area.
6- Receives assignments from supervisor related to issued LBEs (log book entries) on daily basis, perform required actions, follow-up, technically assist and verify effective closure of issued LBEs
7-performs all inspection activities, and provide the technical advices to construction team
8- Comply with contract specifications, drawings and applicable standard.
9- Witnesses required tests complying with project specifications and report any variance to the supervisor.
10- Submits and records daily basis reports including but not limited to; NCRs issued.

Job Responsibilities:
To manage the site by liaising with the different Department Managers, Client, Sub-contractors and other trades, coordinating all aspects of the works so that the project would complete at schedule time within budget and on time.
Monitor day to day operations of the department personnel to guarantee compliance with both client & code specifications.
Have a commercial understanding of the project, advising and implementing cost savings at all times and represent the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings with those associated with.
Work closely with the Contracts Manager to plan the project effectively, by ensuring that the project requirements, specification, design drawings, health and safety proposals are all read, understood and agreed. Scheduling the work to be carried out to ensure the targets are achieved and high quality of the work is maintained.
Form and maintain the storage facilities and manage stock planning so that stock, materials, plant and tools are organized to meet the time scales for the project.
Set up an emergency plan and general site facilities for the project, ensuring that these are in line with the health and safety proposal.
Formulate a material schedule for the project, including take off from issued drawings and specifications, and produce requisitions as far ahead of programmed periods as possible to enable best prices to be obtained by the Purchasing Department.
Supervise and manage all site based operatives, overseeing all aspects of their work, to include; carrying out safety inductions; tool box talks; controlling quality of work; ensuring method statement and order fulfilment; cleanliness & tidiness; the use of plant and tools, waste reduction; upkeep of plant and facilities; use of personal protection equipment/wear.
