 Responsible to induct workers/visitors/Higher management prior to visit site.
 Responsible for conducting TBT/HSS training practically to create awareness among staff & workers regarding SSW procedure to be adhered.
 Ensure Permit to work system in place/ 100% compliance of PPE at site.
 Responsible for implementing site HSE Management system at site to achieve goal - Zero accident at site.
 Responsible to ensure mobilization of equipment at site on completion of equipment document verification.
 Responsible for conducting periodic inspection of firefighting equipment/system at site/Site office
 Carry out daily inspections in the project area. Monitoring of safety performances, emergency procedure and work permit procedure.
 Reporting and investigations of Accidents and incidents
 Responsible for resolving/sorting out issues related to HSE at site in co-ordination with Construction Manager/Site engineer/Responsible person.
 Coordinate with team to conduct Emergency site evacuation/ mock fire drills.
 Implementation of Safe System and procedures of work. Closely monitor.
 Provide an innovative, Effective and Efficient Road Safety Solutions, Responsible for the Operation of Road Safety Education, Training and publicity and promotion of the Road Safety Plan.
 Provide speed limit signage’s and all required Traffic signage’s through all sites to maintain site traffic rules.
 Assigning competent Banksman/Flagman in various location in order to control Man & Machinery Interface.
 Organize Traffic/driving Awareness Training

1 Ensure all works on site in all working areas, are performed in safe condition, in compliance to COMPANY HSE Policy and all personnel on site actually abide by the provide safety, health and environment and fire prevention procedures.
2 Monitors implementation of the Works Permit System applicable in the performed tasks. Attends internal HSE meeting, Weekly Progress Meeting and other forums regarding HSE
3 Effective housekeeping procedure.
4 Responsible for Monitoring & assessing hazardous & unsafe situation & developing measures to assure personnel Safety.
5 Maintain awareness of active & developing situation.
6 Ensure the site safety & Health plan(SSHP) prepared & implemented.
7 Ensure there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan.
8 All radio communications to incident communications Centre will be addressed.
9 Participate in Planning meetings to identify any Health & Safety concern inherent in the operation Daily work plan.
10 Review the Incident Action Plan for Safety implications.
11 Exercise Emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts.
